Follow this steps
1. go to RUN(win+r) type regedit.exe
2. then go here HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
3. change the value of "LimitBlankPasswordUse" from 1 to 0 (just double click)
4. close the registry editor and try again to run your application.
